Ramble. Focus. Ramble.

Hadeel Naeem

I am a philosophy PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, working at the intersection of epistemology and cognitive science. Currently, I am trying to understand the epistemology of the Thesis of Extended Cognition. My approach is to consider Duncan Pritchard’s (my primary supervisor) integrationist viewpoint to better understand the neat fit of virtue epistemology with extended cognition.

As a PhD student, I tutor pre-honours, philosophy courses at the University of Edinburgh and work for the Writing Centre of the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Science (PPLS), University of Edinburgh.

From winter to summer 2018, I am teaching Epistemology, Logic, Research Seminar Course and Feminist Philosophy at Forman Christian College University.
