Ramble. Focus. Ramble.

Is Quran the Word of God?

“Remember when your Lord inspired to the angels, “I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.” 8:12 Quran

“Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority”. 3:151 Quran

“Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace…” 9:14 Quran

And this is why I believe that Quran is not the word of God, it is only a reflection of his will.

I don’t get it. Can you elaborate?

Well, these verses are too violent. They look like they have originated from human feelings instead of God, or at least that’s what I think. So, people wrote Quran thinking this is what best describes God’s will. These words couldn’t directly be from God.

If they are, I don’t see how he is all-good.

    Clarified, thanks 🙂
